Your Rights Under the CCPA and CPRA
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information.
Bonin Dental Care does not sell personal information for monetary value. We may share certain limited information with service providers and analytics tools as described in our Privacy Policy. To the extent any of that sharing qualifies as "sharing" under the CPRA, you have the right to opt out.
How to Submit a Request
To submit a Do Not Sell or Share request, contact us using any of the methods below:

- Use our contact form and specify "Do Not Sell or Share" in your message.
Verification
We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. Typically, we will confirm a few details we already have on file. Authorized agents submitting a request on your behalf must provide signed written authorization.
Response Time
We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days, consistent with California law. If we need additional time, we will notify you and may extend our response by up to 45 additional days.
No Retaliation
We will not discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. You will continue to receive the same level of service and care.
