Smile Gallery

Real cases, real patients, real results

Every photo on this page is a Bonin Dental Care patient who chose to share their case after signing a HIPAA-compliant photo authorization. No stock photography. No retouched marketing imagery.

How This Gallery Works

We do not publish a smile photo without explicit consent

Many dental sites publish stock-photo smiles or before-and-after composites that have no relationship to the practice's actual patients. We do not. Every case below is a Bonin Dental Care patient who completed treatment with Dr. Scott Bonin and signed a HIPAA-compliant photo authorization that specifically permits publication on this website.

We attribute each case using first name and last initial only. If a patient ever asks us to remove or edit their case, we do so immediately. The clinical notes describe what was actually done, not a marketing version of what was done. If you are considering similar treatment, the right next step is an in-person consultation where we can take your own imaging and discuss what is realistic for your situation.

    Smile Makeover

    Upper smile makeover

A complete upper-arch smile makeover by Dr. Scott Bonin. The worn, crowded, and discolored upper teeth were restored to an even, natural-looking smile while the patient's lower arch was preserved. The specific treatment plan and timeline are reviewed individually during a consultation.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Smile Gallery

Are these photos real patients?

Every case shown on this page is a real Bonin Dental Care patient who signed a HIPAA-compliant photo authorization specifically allowing publication on our website. No stock photography is used in the gallery. We attribute each case using first name and last initial only.

How accurate are these results for my own case?

Every smile is biologically and aesthetically unique. The cases shown represent outcomes Dr. Bonin has actually delivered to patients with conditions roughly similar to those described, but they are not a guarantee for any specific individual. The right way to know what is realistic for your smile is a personal consultation with imaging and a clinical exam.

Why are some cases anonymized to first name only?

Patient privacy. California dental advertising rules and HIPAA both allow publication of treatment imagery with consent, but we apply an extra layer of privacy by removing surnames. If a patient requests that we remove or edit their case at any time, we comply immediately.

Do you have more cases I can see?

Yes. Dr. Bonin keeps a much larger case library on the practice computer that we share during consultations, including cases that are not appropriate for public display, like full-mouth reconstructions where the patient prefers not to publish. Ask to see relevant cases at your visit.

How long do these results last?

It depends on the procedure. Porcelain veneers and crowns typically last 10 to 20 years with proper care. Dental implant restorations regularly last 20 to 30 years or longer. Whitening results last 6 to 24 months depending on diet and habits. Invisalign results are permanent if retainers are worn as prescribed. We discuss longevity expectations clearly during your consultation.
